Blood Bank is a Quest for Fallout 4. Blood Bank is given by Scribe Neriah at The Prydwen after completing Tour of Duty. She will ask the Sole Survivor for blood samples from various Commonwealth creatures that she plans on using for research.

 

I'm going to need mroe blood samples. Just keep bringing them to me and I'll do the rest.

Fallout 4 Blood Bank Quest Walkthrough

NOTE: This quest is available after completing the  Brotherhood of Steel  Quest  Tour of Duty. Speak to Scribe Neriah on  The Prydwen and agree to help her with her search for blood samples. Your Pip-Boy will now recognize Viable Blood Samples from killed enemies. After the kill, loot the corpse to extract the samples. She will give you 25 caps for each vial.
