NOTE: This quest is available after completing the Brotherhood of Steel Quest Tour of Duty. Speak to Scribe Neriah on The Prydwen and agree to help her with her search for blood samples. Your Pip-Boy will now recognize Viable Blood Samples from killed enemies. After the kill, loot the corpse to extract the samples. She will give you 25 caps for each vial.
