Walkthrough

Speak to Evan Watson and agree to his request to obtain blueprints from the Brotherhood of Steel. Travel to the location he indicates.

Killing the foes is optional, all you need here is to locate and take the blueprints from the tagged crate. Return to Dr. Watson and use an easy Charisma check to gain a reward of Fusion Cell 4x.
