Speak to
Proctor Ingram about powering up Liberty Prime. Go up the scaffold and insert the agitator behind Prime's head, then go to the computer and activate the power transfer switch. Libery Prime is now locked and loaded for action.
Travel with Liberty Prime and your troops through Boston until you reach
C.I.T. Ruins. Eliminate all of the
Synth enemies here and push in.
