Kremvh's Tooth in Fallout 4 is a Melee Weapons. Kremvh's Tooth is a unique machete found on an altar hidden in a pre-war mining operation. Melee Weapons are close-quarters combat weapons designed for use in hand-to-hand combat. These weapons are effective for players who like to get down and dirty up close with their enemies. Weapons can be modified using the Weapons Workbench. Players would need to reach Local Leader rank 2 perk to craft a Weapons Workbench at a Settlement, or they can find these workbenches scattered all over the Commonwealth.

- Unlike in the previous games, weapons in Fallout 4 are divided into three groups: normal, legendary, and unique. Normal weapons lack any special attributes.
