Kiloton Radium Rifle in Fallout 4 is a Ballistic Weapon. Kiloton Radium Rifle is a unique weapon add-on for the Far Harbor DLC. This weapon bears the Explosive legendary weapon effect where bullets explode on impact dealing an additional 15 points of AoE damage. Ballistic Weapons are firearms that usually utilize conventional ammunition to inflict damage on targets. Weapons can be modified using the Weapons Workbench. Players would need to reach Local Leader rank 2 perk to craft a Weapons Workbench at a Settlement, or they can find these workbenches scattered all over the Commonwealth.
