Plasma Grenade in Fallout 4 is an Explosive Weapon. Plasma Grenade is a thrown explosive that results in a compact explosion that deals both ballistic and energy damage. Explosive Weapons are different from conventional firearms in that they are single-use and deliver potent explosive damage in the vicinity of the target. Explosive Weapons excel in dealing AoE damage, proving effective against groups of enemies or even heavily armored enemies. All Explosive Weapons have a maximum range of 93 and they exhibit a behavior in which they would act to have hit an invisible wall once they reach maximum range.

Fallout 4 Plasma Grenade Notes & Tips

  • Other Notes & Tips about Plasma Grenade goes here.
  • Weapons can be modified using the Weapons Workbench. Players would need to reach Local Leader rank 2 perk to craft a Weapons Workbench at a Settlement, or they can find these workbenches scattered all over the Commonwealth. Unlike in the previous games, weapons in Fallout 4 are divided into three groups: normal, legendary, and unique. Normal weapons lack any special attributes. Legendary weapons come with random bonuses and are exclusively obtained from legendary enemies. Unique weapons come with predetermined names and will always retain the same special bonuses they came with. Unique weapons are often acquired through quests or purchased from merchants. While normal and legendary weapons may alter their names when modded, unique weapons maintain their original names.

Before you kill me it is a interesting choice as plasma grenades use nuclear mat and have 1 less point of ballistic damage in turn have 150 points of energy damage so the choice is not at all clear cut what do you use the most?
