- Between Robotics Disposal Ground and USAF Satellite Station Olivia (Some parts can be found)
- West of Lexington (south of the Sanctuary) near a crashed train. A security terminal will need to be hacked to open the cage. (Some parts can be found inside)
- On the Museum of Freedom roof during the quest -- When Freedom Calls (Note: the left arm and right leg components are heavily damaged and need repair).
