• Rook Family House: On a desk in Barney's Bunker
• South Boston Military Checkpoint: On a desk on the eastern side.
• Gunners Plaza: In the souther offices, go to the top floor and find a room with sofas, it's on the table.
• Quincy Ruins: Next to a terminal on a desk in the gunner's camp.
• Cambridge Police Station: Brotherhood of Steel must have reinforced the area. You can then enter the chief's office and must lockpick the safe.
• Fraternal Post 115: On the stand in the stage.
• Ticonderoga Safehouse: Go to the top floor and look for an office with a desk.
• BADTFL Regional Office: On the desk in the Chief's Office.
• The Castle: Find the Radio deks, outside in the castle grounds.
