Ghoul Problem is a Radiant Quest in Fallout 4. It is given at random and is repeatable and is also available from owned Settlements. The overall objectives are similar but the locations vary depending on who is in need of help. They are vital quests for expanding your settlement operation.

You may obtain this quest from either Preston Garvey, listening to Radio Freedom or by coming upon the Settlement on your own.

Walkthrough

Travel to the settlement in need of help and speak with the settlers. They will inform you of the location of a settlement infested with Feral Ghouls. Travel to the location and eliminate the Ghouls threat. Return to the original settlement and speak with the settlers to tell them the threat is gone and then report to Preston Garvey. You will now have gained access to the Workshop at the new settlement.
