Critical Hits
Critical Hits are a devastating, V.A.T.S. only attack that deals massive damage with a fixed 95% chance to hit accuracy.
You can execute Critical Hits when the Crit meter is full. Once it's full, you can execute it by pressing Jump button before the attack is about to take place. The bar is filled only when a successful attack happens. The amount which a successful attack fills, is directly related to your Luck stat.
