- The Vault-Tec Rep is a door to door salesman who informs you of your selection into Vault 111. After speaking with him for the first time, you are presented with your Stats allocation screen.
- Post-war you can travel to Goodneighbor and enter the Hotel Rexford. Afterwards you can go upstairs and talk to the now-ghoul Vault-Tec Rep and convince him to go back to Sanctuary. He will then be one of your settlers and you can assign him to tasks.
