  • Larry is encountered randomly in the Commonwealth. He is a rather rare encounter.
  • He can be assigned to a weapons shop in a settlement to become a Level 4 Weapons Merchant.

Notes

  • There is a bug where Larry does not appear in your settlement even after you hire him. But he takes up a population spot still.
  • [Rumor] You can find him by Cambridge Polymer Labs if you start at Greygarden, save there and then go towards to the Labs. A random encounter will happen every time. Keep retrying until you find him.
