Ninja is a Perk in Fallout 4. It is associated with the Agility Stat.

Ninja Information

Rank 1: Trained as a shadow warrior, your ranged sneak attacks do 2.5x normal damage and your melee sneak attacks do 4x normal damage.
Rank 2: Your ranged sneak attacks do 3x normal damage and your melee sneak attacks do 5x normal damage. (Level 16)
Rank 3: Your ranged sneak attacks do 3.5x normal damage and your melee sneak attacks do 10x normal damage. (Level 33)

  Does anyone know if the Ninja perk increases silenced weapons damage? It says 'ranged sneak attacks' damage is increased, but it's a bit vague. I am looking to have my character be a sniper with a silenced rifle, so wondering if this will increase my sniper rifle damage, and also if it can be stacked with Mister Sandman which also increases silenced weapons damage when it's a sneak attack. If my thinking is correct, you can be really OP with a silenced weapon if the relevant perks are acquired and stacked.
