Trophy and Achievement Guide

Trophies and Achievements Guide in Fallout 4 contains a full list of accolades obtainable by completing certain objectives in the game. Players will be able to unlock different tiers of trophies based on the related objective. Players can generally view the list of locked and unlocked achievements. Some objectives will remain hidden until completed, but players can view all unlockable trophies and how to unlock them below.

War Never Changes	Enter The Wasteland	War Never Changes serves as the tutorial mission of the game. You'll start out by creating your character and conversing with a Vault-Tec representative to allocate your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points. Afterward, the nuclear war will commence and you'll be guided into Vault 111. Following a sequence of events, you'll exit the vault and the achievement will be unlocked.

Future Retro	Play a Holotape Game	This trophy is straightforward and could potentially be the first one you unlock in the game. It's obtainable as soon as you wake up in the Vault. Upon accessing a terminal, you'll encounter an option to load a Holotape. Activate it, and a game reminiscent of Donkey Kong will load onto the terminal. Once the game loads, you will unlock this trophy.
The Harder They Fall	Kill 5 Giant Creatures	See the Enemies page for more information on where to find Giant Creatures.
Ranger Corps	Discover 100 Locations	Discover 100 different locations throughout the Commonwealth by exploring and progressing through the story. You simply need to get close enough for the name of the location to appear on your screen for it to count as discovered.
Print's Not Dead	Read 20 Magazines	Magazines can be found as loot and are usually found on tables or special chests. Magazines that are burnt or ruined do not count.
Prankster's Return	Placed A Grenade Or Mine While Pickpocketing	To earn this trophy, you'll need to allocate two perk points to the Pickpocket skill. While in close proximity to an NPC, enter sneak mode and access their inventory while you are hidden. Place any grenade or mine into their inventory and then exit. If executed properly, the enemy should remain unaware and the grenade/mine will detonate after a few seconds.
Masshole	Kill 300 People	Self-explanatory. Successfully find and kill 300 human enemies.
Animal Control	Kill 300 Creatures	Self-explanatory. Successfully find and kill 300 non-human enemies.
Homerun!	Get a Homerun	You'll need to run across the four bases in Diamond City in order to make a "Homerun" and unlock this trophy.
Touchdown!	Get a Touchdown	Get killed by a mini-nuke. In certain areas populated by Super Mutants, you may encounter a Super Mutant Suicider carrying a mini-nuke, you'll know one is around when you hear a beeping sound that grows louder as they approach. Some human enemies may also wield a Fat Man and will shoot you if you approach them, but it is a rare occurrence compared to encountering a Super Mutant Suicider. Alternatively, you can choose to use a Fat Man and launch a mini-nuke at your own feet.
They're Not Dolls…	Collect 10 Vault-Tec Bobbleheads	Self-explanatory. Collect 10 Bobbleheads to earn this trophy.
…They're Action Figures	Collect 20 Vault-Tec Bobbleheads	Self-explanatory. Collect 20 Bobbleheads to earn this trophy.
Born Survivor	Reach Level 5	Self-explanatory. Simply progress through the game and you'll naturally reach level 5 within the first couple of hours of gameplay.
Commonwealth Citizen	Reach Level 10	Self-explanatory. Simply progress through the game and you'll naturally reach level 10.
Unstoppable Wanderer	Reach Level 25	Self-explanatory. You should be able to reach level 25 midway through the main story, especially if you're tacking side missions and do a lot of exploring.
Legend Of The Wastes	Reach Level 50	Self-explanatory. Reach level 50 by completing quests, killing enemies, discover new locations, hacking terminals, lockpicking doors and safes, and passing speech checks. Depending on how many quests, exploration, and other optional tasks you choose to do, you may not get this by the end of the main story, but you can still continue leveling up even after the events of the main story.
Prepared for the Future	Decide the Fate of the Commonwealth	You will earn this trophy when you unlock either Nuclear Family or The Nuclear Option trophy.

Robot Hunter	Automatron	Unlock 10 Robot Mods.	Robot mods can be looted from fallen automatrons encountered in this DLC. If ever you missed out on unlocking the required 10 robot mods, you can unlock all modifications at once by completing the final quest Restoring Order.
The Most Toys	Automatron	Build 10 Robot Mods.	Acquire the Robot Workshop during A New Threat quest. Once you start using the workshop, select "New Automatron" and begin building their various components. You'll have to collect junk items to build these modifications.
Docile	Wasteland Workshop	Have 5 Tamed Creatures in a Settlement.	Self-explanatory. Tame a creature and have up to 5 of them within in a settlement.
Instigator	Wasteland Workshop	Start a Spectated Arena Fight in a Settlement.	To initiate an arena fight, the player needs to build construct both the blue and red arena pads near one another and then assign creatures or settlers to them using the workshop interface. Before commencing the fight, it's crucial to build and activate the quitting time for the fight to be considered spectated, otherwise this achievement will not be unlocked.
Trapper	Wasteland Workshop	Build One of Every Cage Type.	Only 15 of the default cages are required for this achievement since the Gorilla Cage may be unavailable for players depending on their story progression and quest choices.
Far From Home	Far Harbor	Complete the quest "Far From Home".	See the Far From Home page on how to complete the quest.

Just Add Saltwater	Far Harbor	Cook one of the new Far Harbor Recipes.	Self-explanatory. Just cook one of the new Far Harbor Recipes to unlock this achievement.
Show Off	Contraptions Workshop	Display a weapon on a weapon rack, armor on an armor rack, and power armor in a power armor display.	To unlock this trophy, a certain criteria must be fulfilled for each type of display rack. Armor Rack: Any individual piece of apparel can be moved and equipped to meet the requirement. Weapon Rack: There are different racks designated for various classes of weapons but only one rack needs to be constructed. A suitable weapon can be transferred and showcased to meet the requirement. Power Armor Display: It must be powered and then activated with an unoccupied suit of power armor nearby. The armor will be automatically transferred to the rack. Once all three conditions are met, the trophy will be unlocked.
Time Out	Contraptions Workshop	Assign a settler to a pillory.	This can be done by using the Workshop menu.
Mass Production	Contraptions Workshop	Produce 100 objects from your builders.	Access the Builder's inventory and transfer as many items as possible. Once items are transferred and the builder is powered, it will automatically produce new items. The more builders you have, the faster you'll unlock this trophy.
Oversight	Vault-Tec Workshop	Become Overseer.	Become the Overseer of Vault 88.
Better Living Underground	Vault-Tec Workshop	Unlock all Build areas of Vault 88.	This trophy will be unlocked once you've cleared all enemies within the three remaining workshop areas, the three control boards are located within the respective areas, and each of the three workshops are then activated.
Vault Dweller	Vault-Tec Workshop	Equip Vault 88 suit and Pip-boy on a settler.	Self-explanatory. Equip the Vault 88 suit and Pip-Boy on a settler.
Raiding for a Living	Nuka World	Complete 12 quests for any Nuka-World Raider Gangs.	The three gangs you'll need to look out for are the Operators, the Disciples, and The Pack.
Diebrarian	Nuka World	Collect every issue of Scav! Magazine.	Self-explanatory. Collect all 5 issues of the Scav! magazine.
Beverageer	Nuka World	Create 20 different flavors of Nuka-Cola.	You must track down the 15 Nuka-Cola recipes hidden throughout the theme park. The remaining 5 flavors are always available at any Nuka-mixer station. Each flavor must then be crafted at least once.
Hostile Takeover	Nuka World	Establish 8 Raider Camps in the Commonwealth.	Self-explanatory. Establish 8 raider camps in the Commonwealth.
All Sugared Up	Nuka World	Defeat 40 Nuka-World Creatures while under the effect of any Nuka-Mix flavor.	The achievement can only be unlocked if the Nuka-Cola mixes are crafted specifically at Nuka-mixer stations. Looted Nuka-Cola flavors exclusive to the add-on in Nuka-World will not count for this achievement.
Eyes on the Prize	Nuka World	Redeem 100,000 tickets at the Nuka-Cade.	You don't actually have to spend 100,000 tickets for the trophy to be unlocked. You can just hand them in at the redemption terminal and it should prompt the achievement.
Taken for a Ride	Nuka World	Complete "Taken for a Ride".	Complete the Taken for a Ride quest.
The Grand Tour	Nuka World	Complete "The Grand Tour".	Complete The Grand Tour quest.
Home Sweet Home	Nuka World	Complete "Home Sweet Home".	Complete the Home Sweet Home quest.
Power Play	Nuka World	Complete "Power Play".	Complete the Power Play quest.
