Accessing the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC
- If you're above level 20, you'll hear a distress beacon no matter where you are in the world, alerting you to an emergency situation at Vault 88. Those under level 20 can still access it, but the content is scaled for level 35. You will have to make their way into the vault, taking out raiders and ghouls who have overrun the area. You will then meet the Overseer, the only surviving resident of Vault 88, who has been trapped down here alone and has turned into a ghoul. The bombs went off before her Vault could be completed and she has spent the last 200 years waiting to build it. She remains loyal to the Vault-Tec mission and is eager to run some experiments on subjects.
