Crafting is a system in Fallout 4 the player can use to create, upgrade and modify Weapons, Armor and Settlements. Players will obtain various Items as they traverse the Commonwealth which can then be broken down at a Workbench into Materials, converted into mods and applied to gear. If a player has a certain recipe they want to craft, they will be able to select it so that anything that fulfills the requirement gets flagged in the world.
