Kellogg's Pistol in Fallout 4 is a Ballistic Weapon. Kellogg's Pistol is a unique weapon that has the Relentless legendary weapon effect which grants the user to refill Action Points for every critical hit. Ballistic Weapons are firearms that usually utilize conventional ammunition to inflict damage on targets. Weapons can be modified using the Weapons Workbench. Players would need to reach Local Leader rank 2 perk to craft a Weapons Workbench at a Settlement, or they can find these workbenches scattered all over the Commonwealth.
