Adhesive in Fallout 4 is a Material used for Crafting. It is broken down from source Items and then combined with other Materials to produce Mods, which is then applied to Equipment to improve and customize.
This Material will automatically be salvaged from any of the below items you possess, when Crafting, if you don't already have enough in your storage or on your person.

- There is a recipe in the cooking menu under Utility called Vegetable Paste. You can deconstruct it into 5 Adhesive. The recipe needs Mutfruit 3x, Corn 3x, Tato 3x and Purified Water 1x. All of these can be grown at your Settlement, giving you a permanent supply of each. If you build a Water Purifier in your Settlement, you will occasionally get Purified Water deposited at the Workshop.
