University Point is a former railroad Safehouse destroyed by The Institute around the same time they attacked the Switchboard. There are various terminals, loot and 2 prototype laser rifles which have unlimited ammunition capacity. There are also facilities related to settlement building, such as food, water and crafting stations, but there is no workshop to be found as of the timeof writing.Notes
