Spray' n Pray is a Unique Weapon in Fallout 4. You need the Gun Nut Perk to improve this Weapon.
It is a very handy weapon to use in group situations because of the AoE damage you create. Its AoE explosive damage benefits from Demolition Expert Perk, and its direct damage benefits from Commando Perk, making it arguably the most powerful gun in the game (considering its clip size [100 rounds] and relatively common ammo) capable of taking down legendary bosses in a matter of seconds.

      This is the wrong id: it's for a sub machine gun. I'm level 69 & 5.5 days in, yet I haven't seen Cricket once.

        Spray and pray has an incorrect Id #. 00115B043 is for the typical .45 caliber Sub-Machine Gun. You guys still have it wrong.

          The Spray & Pray is my go to gun for almost all situations. Just be careful you don't deal any area damage to innocents, or they'll turn on you.
