Fallout 4 Resettle Refugees Quest Walkthrough

NOTE: This quest is only available by speaking to  Preston Garvey after defeating  The Institute during the main quest chain and having evacuated the Institute during the attack.

Speak to the settlesrs in need of assistance and travel to the location. Eliminate all the hostiles in the area to gain access to the  Workshop. Return to the settlers and inform them of the success and they will begin sending new settlers over. Speak to Preston to complete.
