Reclamation is a Radiant Quest in Fallout 4. It is a repeatable quest. The objectives are always the same, and the location varies depending on where help is needed.

1. Take the transmitter to the captured Synth
2. Return to Doctor Secord

Walkthrough

Speak to Dr. Secord at SRB in The Institute (Location) who will ask you to put a tracking beacon on a Synth to plan a retrieval mission. Travel to the location he indicates.

Killing the foes is optional, all you need here is to locate and speak with the captive synth. Return to Dr. Secord and use an easy Charisma check to gain a reward of Plasma Grenade 5x.
