1. Outfit Clem in a Vault Suit
2. Talk to the Overseer
3. Build the Power Cycle 1000
4. Connect a terminal to the Power Cycle and select experiment parameters
5. Let Clem ride for an hour
6. Repair the Power Cycle
7. Report back to Overseer

Vault 88 Jumpsuits can be found near the entrance.
Talk to Clem, trade him a Vault 88 Jumpsuits and equip it on him
Player can find the Power Cycle 1000 in the Workshop menu
Wait till the Power Cycle break down
