Leading by Example is a Radiant Quest in Fallout 4. It is a repeatable quest. The objectives are the same per assignment with the location varying depending on where help is needed.

3. Speak to the Brotherhood Squire
4. Return to Lancer-Captain Kells

Walkthrough

Lancer-Captain Kells will periodically ask you to train one of the new Brotherhood Squires by taking them on a mission. Meet the Squire at airport and travel to random location of the mission.

Eliminate all the tagged enemies on your Pip-Boy and then speak to the Squire after the battle is over. Return to Kells for your caps reward.
