NOTE This quest is only available if you had Sturges assist you build the teleporter during the quest The Molecular Level. You may have also received the Network Scanner Holotape from another faction.

Initiate the Main Quest Institutionalized. At The Institute (Location), access a terminal and insert the Holotape, then remove the data. Complete the rest of the steps in the main quest, and return to Sturges with the data.

You may give the holotape to any of the Factions, doing so doesn not prevent you from working with the Minutemen in the future.
