Guns are a type of
Weapon in
Fallout 4. They are separate from
Energy Weapons which use different ammo. Guns use traditional ammunition types and require the
Gun Nut
Perk in order to modify them. The
Gun Mods page covers all the
Mods for them. There are several different types of Guns:
Pistols,
Rifles,
Assault Rifles,
Shotguns and even a
Minigun. This page shows a rough overview of the Guns available in Fallout 4, what they look like and what their
Damage and other
Stats are, to give you a better idea which weapon you would like to use. See the images and table below for information.
