General Chao's Revenge in Fallout 4 is a Melee Weapons. General Chao's Revenge is a unique bladed weapon that bears the Troubleshooter's legendary weapon effect. Melee Weapons are close-quarters combat weapons designed for use in hand-to-hand combat. These weapons are effective for players who like to get down and dirty up close with their enemies. Weapons can be modified using the Weapons Workbench. Players would need to reach Local Leader rank 2 perk to craft a Weapons Workbench at a Settlement, or they can find these workbenches scattered all over the Commonwealth.
