How do you get to the top? I hit a invisible wall or the jetpack limit. Can someone post a picture or YouTube video?

Found both of these pieces in the Mass Fusion Building at the very very top. Involved me using power armour with a jetpack and drinking Nuka-Cola Quantum's mid flight. Left leg gives 10 DR 8 ER, Right leg gives 14 DR 12 ER.
