• You need both the Gun Nut and Science! Perk at Rank 4 to improve this Weapon.
• At the beginning of the game, right after creating your character, before taking the coffee pot from Codsworth, a commercial on TV is advertising this weapon.

Where to Find/Location

• Robotics Disposal Ground, on top of a car.
• BADTFL Regional Office, in the armory, along with a Mini Nuke.
