Covenant is a Location in Fallout 4.

Covenant is an anti- Synth community. They lure out travelers to use them as test subjects. Anyone trying to enter should take a test called SAFE test, which is designed to identify the Synths. They use the Compound as an underground secret facility to experiment on people to see if they're Synth or not.

Notes

• The SAFE test is also mentioned in Vault 81 where Katy is teaching the children in the classroom about a test they should take to see which position is more suitable for them in the Vault.
