Cito's Shiny Slugger in Fallout 4 is a Melee Weapons. Cito's Shiny Slugger is a unique baseball bat with the Relentless legendary weapon effect. This weapon is also an add-on from the Nuka-World DLC. Melee Weapons are close-quarters combat weapons designed for use in hand-to-hand combat. These weapons are effective for players who like to get down and dirty up close with their enemies. Weapons can be modified using the Weapons Workbench. Players would need to reach Local Leader rank 2 perk to craft a Weapons Workbench at a Settlement, or they can find these workbenches scattered all over the Commonwealth.
