Rad Resist.png You may begin this quest after completing Butcher's Bill 1. Doctor Carrington received word that Blackbird may have survived the Augusta Safehouse. Speak to Carrington and he will send you to a random drop location. Find Blackbird Report and Bottlecap 175x.

Rad Resist.png Travel to the random safehouse location, fighting your way though foes if you have to. Locate Blackbird and Blackbird's note and report back to Doctor Carrington.
