Walkthrough
Speak to
Tinker Tom about helping him place a MILA for him at a high point in the Commonwealth. Agree to help and he will give you a random location marked on your
Pip-Boy.
Travel to the random location, which is always a high vantage. Make your way to the top and place the MILA on the point. Leave the area and return back to Tom for your reward.
