Pain Train is a Perk in Fallout 4. Pain Train gives you the ability to do damage when running into enemies. Perks in Fallout 4 grant different bonuses and improvements to your character. Perks provide various benefits, ranging from improved combat abilities, increased carry weight, and enhanced crafting and hacking skills, to unique bonuses like increased critical hit damage or the ability to pacify hostile creatures. Some perks also unlock new features or interactions within the game.
