Where the heck do I find the scribe so I can get the legendary pieces, also has anyone seen smiling Larry either? They claim random encounter but I cannot find any info regarding where, I managed to find Rylee and the seamstress, but no luck with the others, doesn't seem like anyone had found either except I did see one video where they saw the scribe and that's really the only one I really want to meet.
