Learning Curve is a Radiant Quest in Fallout 4. It is a repeatable quest. The objectives are the same per assignment with the location varying depending on where help is needed.

Walkthrough

NOTE: This becomes available after completing the Brotherhood quest Tour of Duty. Speak with Proctor Quinlan on The Prydwen and agree to escort a Brotherhood Scribe on a patrol.

Travel to Boston Airport and meet up with the Scribe. Travel to the random location and eliminate all the threats while protecting the Scribe. Find the Terminal in the location and protect the Scribe as they hack it.

Once they finish, escort the Scribe to safety. If they die, the data wipes and the quest fails. Return to Proctor Quinlan for your caps reward.
