- 25% faster fire rate, 15% faster reload.
- This Weapon can be turned into a Plasma Pistol by adding any Grip to it. It MUST have a Stock in order to remain a Plasma Rifle.
- This Weapon can be turned into a Plasma Scattergun by adding any Splitter to it.
- This Weapon can be turned into a Plasma Sniper Rifle by adding any Sniper Barrel to it.
- You need the Science! Perk to improve this Weapon, and the higher your rank in it, the better Mods you can add to it.
Where to Find/Location
- Carried by Elder Maxson; remove it from him during Institute Quest: Airship Down, or The Railroad Quest: Precipice of War.

AnonymousConsidering the picture provided and the special ability it has, looks like someone got confused with the "Experiment 18-A" plasma rifle. Final Judgement is a Gatling Laser with the same special.
