So, the mod "better mod descriptions" shows the Dense armor mod to reduce 50% of explosion damage. My initial thinking is that this only applied to that limb where you are wearing the modded armor- the left arm only i.e. Other people seem to think it applies bodily no matter where the mod exists. I would like to think that is true because arming each piece with dense takes away other mods I want to use. However, it doesn't seem fitting that one can just mod 2 armor pieces with dense and suddenly one no longer takes any explosive damage... That's quite amazing considering most mods are pretty weak otherwise.
